My Husband needs Hip Replacements due to Avascular Necrosis of the Femer Head. Both Hips. He's been investigating the different types and decide to have the MOM done (Metal on Metal) The Only Doctor near Us was in Baltimore at The Sinai Hospital, The Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics. The Surgeon was the Guy that Developed and took this to Trial, Dr Mont. The Double Hip Replacements took 2 Weeks. I was lucky enough to get a Room across the street developed by the Caring Bridge Association at a Great Cost Savings.
After the Surgeries and Rehabs needed, We went back Home to Virginia Beach.
Our Friends had Painted the Intire Interior of Our Home while We were gone.
We were on Our way to putting Our Home up for Sale and moving to Arkansas.
On top of all of this with My Husband, My Eyesight was beginning to deteriorate. I needed Eye Surgery due to Diabetes. <sigh> Would We ever start having Good Luck? We both kept a Positive Attitude and took the Good with the Bad.
