      Great idea for those of you cutting back yet still wanting the 'flavor' of good meat. You might try the 'fake steaks' idea(s) below (or the full meal):

      Take about 10 or 11 ounces of good angus hamburger and set your oven on broil. As it warms, put your burger on a strip of foil. At this point begin spicing.
