Fashion Statement
Halghast Darkweaver wears black and purple velvet robes. Runes of power are sewn along the hem of the robe, around his face, arms and chest. These runes glow with a faint bluish light and seem to change shape on their own accord. He wears several rings of power on each hand and carries a thin black metal staff topped with a red crystal. He wears an amulet forged of dark iron around his neck, marking him as a high ranking officer in the Legion of Shadows.
He is the bearer of the magical longsword "Frostbane". This sword acts as a frostbrand blade, as a thin sheen of frost always covers the blade and scabbard. The temperature within 5 ft of blade is always 20 degrees colder than normal, even if the blade is sheathed. Those struck by this frostbrand have their movements slowed as an aching cold settles into their bones.
