Boostero If you use dumbbells or barbells and a bench, you can get very physically fit. Choosing the correct bench for this exercise will be the key to success. If you feel wood pressing against your back, then you may need to invest in a different type of bench. Benches that have flimsy cushions like this can hurt your back.
