George Orwell: in the case of 1984, I have watched with some interest as we get closer by the minute to that world. We don't quite have the thought police yet, but I'm sure it's in the works.
My attention span isn't long enough to get though many. But, 1984 by George Orwell
Wired, Scientific American, PCWorld, Car and Driver, Discover (can't afford any more).
Too much trouble to read them unless done online.
No.
A Beautiful Mind with Russell Crowe, directed by Ron Howard. Nice score by James Horner as well. , Duel...the original by Spielberg with Dennis Weaver. (it's old, 1971)
Leverage, Burn Notice, Eureka, The 4400, 24, Twillight Zone (old), Outer Limits (old).
Don't know any personally.
Brass mostly, but certainly instrumental.
Stan Kenton, Woody Herman, Chicago, Blood Sweat and Tears, (Bill) Chase, DCI top 25 drum Corps. (and yes, I'm aware that half of those don't exist anymore) Jefferson Airplane (the original group), Rotary Connection.
Don't much care.
I know they exist... I see them go by on the TV occasionally when searching for something to watch.
St. George Island.
